Return & Replacement Process

Step 1: Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
Step 2: Allow 2 working days for review.
Step 3: Courier partner will pick up the product.
Step 4: Replacement or refund will be initiated after verification.

Eligible Return Conditions

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Expired product delivered
  • Incomplete order received

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Opened or used products
  • Missing original packaging
  • Return request after 7 days
  • Damage reported after 2 days

Return Processing Timeline

  • Pickup arranged within 5–7 business days
  • Quality check performed at warehouse
  • Replacement delivered within 7–8 business days

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled anytime before dispatch.

Refund Process

  • Prepaid orders: Refund within 3–5 working days
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer

Partial Returns

You can return eligible products individually within 7 days.
